I know that feeling quite well. It can be hard to get past it. I failed my
second attempt in June and I knew I had failed when I walked out. Didn't run
out of time just got a couple of tasks that I was weak on the technologies and
had me struggling most of the day. I have spent the last 18 months almost
every Saturday and Sunday doing labs at home and have hit the brick wall a
couple of times in that time period that I just had to push through. I am
going back for my 3rd and final attempt next month with those important
lessons learned in my pocket. Not sure who it was but someone on this list
pointed out that until you give up you have not failed! So as hard has it
seems right now you can push through the disappointment and persist to realize
your goal and it will be worth it!

Subject: just finnished the ccie r&s lab exam
yeah, just came out of the ie lab exam.... i ran out of time which i
could not answer 5 questions. I defainitly failed beacuse of that... if
only i had another 30 minutes i would have passed 4 sure. Yes, the exam
is anything but easy.. bu defanitily doable. i learnt today that i need
to work on my speed... next time i KNOW ill hammer it !
feeling like crap right now..considering the fact that i studyed my ass
off for 10 months straight and had no social life only to fail in one
faul swhoop..
