I have just spoken to Vue about registration.
Vue will be sending an email next week to all eligible CCDE Practical Beta Candidates (those who have emailed Vue expressing interest and have passed the qualification exam) which will include details about how to officially register for the exam.
In a nutshell: They will provide a 1-800 number for you to call and register. At that time you will be required to pay for the exam and you will then receive a confirmation email that includes the test center address in Chicago etc.
