Thanks for the info... after checking the authentication portion I'm
kind of confused. According the doccd I think I have the authentication
setup correct but systems without the key are still able to sync... I've
pasted some output below. Maybe someone smarter than myself can shed
some light on this... I hate NTP... always seems buggy...
