All three volumes should be updated completely before the end of the
year. Most likely they will be released piecemeal electronically first
like the new Volume 1 Version 5.0 is being. Also we are taking feature
requests so if you find something that is not covered currently, or you
need a more detailed explanation of, contact me offline and I'll make
sure it's slated for updating based on our new outline.
