Really early in my preparation for my first CCIE I found out that going
to the gym or running is the best combination for my studying days.
You get up early in the morning, do 6-8 hours full-length lab and then
straight to the gym. After an hour or so you feel very refreshed.
I don't want to even tell you how much weight I lost during my CCIE
preparation ...:)
