Go and get a WiiFit. It's a fun and easy way to get some exercise.
Although it's not a very pretty mental picture of Scott doing WiiFit...
If you want a great workout, feel free and come to one of my spin
classes in the las vegas area. I've had a few CCIEs take my spin class
and mention they'd rather retake their CCIE lab exam than do my spin
class again (not sure if it's because of my spandex that I teach in or
because the class was so hard). If there's any other CCIE fitness
instructors please let me know, and we can start our own little fitness
CCIE cult.

On a serious note, if you want to stay fit, keep your weight down, etc,
here are some good pointers:
1) exercise at least 3-5 times/week for a minimum of 30 minutes. Mix up
your exercises (do some weights and different types of cardio)
2) eat healthy! This actually has a bigger impact on your physical
appearance and health levels than exercise. I'd say it's 60-70% of your
overall appearance and health (vs. working out which only contributes
30-40%)
3) eat consistently throughout the day, and don't eat at least 3 hours
before you go to bed.
4) get on a normal sleeping schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same
time every day. Try and sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night.

There have been lots of studies that have proven the positive effects
that exercise can have on mental capacities.
Try and force in at least 30 minutes of exercise prior to a study
session. You might find it really works for you. Do not say "I am going
to try and exercise tomorrow before I study," instead say "I HAVE to
exercise tomorrow before I study!" Whenever I make daily exercise
optional, I find it does not happen.
If it is something like a tread mill, you could ensure the hotel you
book near the testing center has one and stay right in your routine.
While we are on the subject, diet also impacts mental toughness, and we
all know that it can effect weight.
