RE: Fail Your Written? Try Again for Free!

Since I started this thread, I am compelled to make a couple of quick
observations:

1. Since this is a forum for the Lab Exam, I really should have started
the subject with OT. Sorry. Hey, in my defense, at least it is not a
thread involving global politics. :-)

2. Is the exam easy, difficult, great, poor, long, short? It is what it
is and we could debate such things all day.

3. When we post in a forum the name of a "cheat site", and then allude
to the accuracy of their materials, we promote the use of the site!
While we all might think these sites are ubiquitous in the Cisco study
arena - it is just not so. Also, while many might know the names, they
should certainly question the accuracy of their materials and choose a
reputable vendor with an actual physical address instead. :-)

4. If a candidate is taking their CCIE pursuit wisely, they will never
consider cheating on the written as it would ultimately only help to
cheat themselves.

For all of those that have unicast me thanking me for the original post
- you are welcome! I hope the free attempt helps you to pass a difficult
written exam you are legitimately preparing for.

Certguard would be glad to know I have been to a testing center that has
all
the test kings printed out on a bookshelf.

People would come a few hours early, read the test king, then go in and
smash the Microsoft/Cisco exams!

LOL

We all know the real test is with the Proctors any way :)

Hi,

Anyway, I dont see how one could fail the CCIE written exams any longer.

I took the CCIE security written exam last month.

The pass mark was disappointingly low - 57% required to pass.

I had taken that same exam (350-018) three years ago at a pass mark of
70%.
I was expecting the pass mark to increase to 75%+ by now. Cisco
preferred to
reverse the digits by fading it to 57%.

Soon they would award a 'PASS' to people who just go to make payment for
the
exam. :-)
