NTP Server Advertising Different MACs Periodically

Anyone seen an NTP server advertise different MACs periodically? The device
unique portion seems to stay the same, but the organizational portion seems
to periodically change...the last two don't even belong to any vendors
publicly listed. Wonder if the NIC is going bad???? Don't see any errors
on the corresponding switch interface though.
