Inside means that the packets exists inside a network heading in an outbound
direction.
Destination specifies that *translation* is done based on the destination
address of the packet.
So the line ip nat inside destination [listX] pool [POOL1] means that u r
translating packets heading in an outbound direction based on the packets
destination address.
So the destination addresses are translated to the ones available in the
pool specified.
