Auto-rp just use highest ip to influence rp selection
Bsr - can be weighted to influence selection
Static - closest IGP metric, if I recall, but I'm sure SM is lurking to
smack me around if need be!

Subject: Multicast Question
When using auto-rp, bsr, and static how would you configure one router
as the primary RP for a group and have a secondary router work as a
backup for that primary RP in the event it goes down? The backup should
only take over for the network when the primary is down.
