Some customer want to manage their own IP Addresses on MPLS VPN environemnt.
And they also still want to use Private IP Addresses. To prevent overlapping
customer addresses spaces BGP/MPLS VPN convert nonunique IP addresses into
unique address by using VPN-IPV4 addressfamily.
