I like IPExpert Security proctor guide. It has explanations. Not to the
detail that I like but very decent.
I guess IE way is to assume that you should already know your ways around.
Use Cisco Press books and CCO to enhance your study experience.

Is IPExperts Workbook / Proctor Guide well put together? IE has a pretty

workbook but their solutions guide provides zero
explanations. So if you are not sure why something was configured the
way it was you are out of luck.
