Cisco IOS currently don't support 4-byte ASes. Until the full support of
4-byte ASes, you can use the reserved "dummy" AS known as AS23456.
However, 4-byte ASes should be supported before 2009, since the various RIRs
will start to provide these ASes from 01/01/2009. Read more at
http://www.ripe.net/news/asn-32-pr2008.html about this topic and some of the
consequences that might follow.
You might already see some 4-byte ASes allocated, but most of them are for
testing and study purposes.
