Gday Jeff,
It's been a few years since I've used the cards you mentioned (had some
4port versions in a couple of 2811's) so things may have changed since then.
From what I can recall - they're really just switch interfaces and as such
you'll probably need to perform WCCP or any other funky configs under an SVI
and add the physical port to the VLAN.
