timestamps on sh log

How do I fix the timestamps on my sh logs ? Right now when I do a sh log,
these show up (sanitized):

19w5d: %CSM_SLB-6-RSERVERSTATE: etc etc
20w1d: %CSM_SLB-6-RSERVERSTATE: etc
9w6d: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I:etc etc

What do I need to configure to have it show the exact time and date ?
