Hi Raghav,

You do not even need to advertize the subnets in RIP to make them show
up as directly connected routes. Remove RIP from the equation . Make
sure you unshut the Fa0/0 and have a toaster connected to it ;-)

If you still have problems, maybe you can post it again in a CCNA board.

Hi Expert,

My query is :-

I have a serial link and a ethernet link on my 2611 and when i advertise
both the networks thru RIPv2, as per the protocol they should show in
the routing table as directly connected by only the Serial link shows up
and not the Ethernet Link.

Please advise.
