According to the R&S blueprint (
http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/ccie/rs/lab_exam_blueprint.html) not:

IP IGP Routing*

   1. OSPF
   2. EIGRP
   3. RIPv2
   4. IPv6: Addressing, RIPng, OSPFv3

But 12.4 does support EIGRP for IPv6, so don't be surprised to get it on the
lab.
