Here is the link. The fact that is was specifically designed to bypass
proxies and firewalls, give me that warm and fuzzy feeling inside. Has

And yes Skype is so sneaky they should have called it "TEREDO" instead of
ipv6/ ipv4 udp packets.
It bores through firewalls, proxy's, acl's and brings crisp clear voice.
I'm convinced it was developed by extraterrestrials... one guy did his
masters or phd on skype protocol at Columbia... very interesting
technology...
