Assuming your interfaces are named "inside" and "outside" the syntax is:
static (inside,outside) tcp 1.1.1.123 8081 192.168.1.1 80
static (inside,outside) tcp 1.1.1.123 8082 192.168.1.2 80
static (inside,outside) tcp 1.1.1.123 8083 192.168.1.3 80
etc.
