Shaping at higher than 1536Kbps

Does anyone know how we should do the calculation for CIR, Bc and Tc above
1536Kbps?
We have seen it in an earlier post where we had 13ms but noone knew where it
came from!
 
I've noted that "bc=cir*tc" for shaping up to 1536, above that value, the
formula becomes invalid, and I see the Tc=1/2 the calculated value.
Also the byte-limit is reduced.
