If you had "network down" situation for more than 3 hours and were not
able to do anything to fix it, it tells more about the emergency
planning and engineers working for your company than it does about
Cisco.
We all know that TAC jobs are entry level and noone really expects
experts in the first line - what did _you_ do to fix the problem?
Called TAC? It's pointless being expert when everything works. Real
experts show when shit hits the fan. Dialing phone is not an expert
approach to network down.
P.S: China is not 3rd world - get used to it ;-).
