Fahad,

When we summarize in EIGRP.. we automatically install a NULL route on our
routing table. This distance refers to the AD for the NULL route installed.
In your case, if you check the routing table of R1, you will null route
installed for 2.2.0.0 with AD of 5.

This AD is present only on the local router (R1 in your case). Others wont
see this null route.

It is given an AD 5.. cause you would want it to be higher than static and
lower than other protocols.
