Hi there,

BC is always easy to figure it out as it is BC=CIR* TC/1000 where TCs default is 125 ms, unless they tell you a different time interval. On the other hand BE you have to read carefully the whole FRTS question to catch something like what you said of " excess " or something like that. Eventhough on the question they don4t mention BC you can always add it up if you know the CIR.
