Could you please do the following:
1) Provide your topology and IOS versions
2) Gradually (from the subscriber to the source in sequence) join all
routers in the path to the same group (ip igmp join)
3) Issue "debug ip icmp" on those routers at the same time, to see which
ones receive the ICMP echoes and respond with ICMP replies
