advertising your physical connection end-point e.g. fa0/0 etc. through a GRE
tunnel enables the route to be learned by something that needs that route to
be established in the first place...distrib list, don't advertise your
physical interface addresses that the GREs are built upon through the GRE
tunnels, or use another protection mechanism to prevent the recursive
routing.
