Hi All

If we are trying to congigure the single rate , 3 color policer and my
requirement says all traffic policed at 96kbps ; Bc worth 1 sec of
traffic ; Be worth 0.5 sec of traffic .... then

policy-map POLICE
class class-default
police 96000 bc 12000 be 6000

is suffiecient ?

What I understand is that if I do this in following manner :

policy-map POLICE
class class-default
police cir 96000 bc 12000 be 6000

I would accomplish the same as far as single rate is configured .. an
i correct ? Please clearify
