Joe,
I have to totally disagree with you here! I work with microsoft
technologies on a regular basis. My last two jobs where restructuring
domains + exchange migrations. I am not debating there products because I
think there products are awsome but there certifications. They put very
little into protecting the value of them and increasing it by driving demand
to the certification. CIsco on the other hand tries to use certifications
as a bar for employers to have a minimum amount of qualifications on there
staff. Every company takes there cisco gold partner audit seriously. Not
so with microsoft.
As for the difficutly of cisco vs microsoft. hands down cisco requires more
understanding. Microsoft you can pretty much next next finished your way
through and call them if it breaks.
