Nothing is impossible. But Cisco is striving to make it highly improbable.
The super testing centers are but one piece of that puzzle.
As for the deflating daily part, but whose accord and measurement is that
happening?
What isn't completed and set in stone is pretty hard to label as "deflating
daily" isn't it?
The board review idea is in the works, but not for the CCDE. The CCDE is to
be on par with the CCIE's. Now, while I'd love to say that all CCIE's
should be board reviewed as well, that's not likely to occur!
In microcosms, there are many great solutions. But not many are feasible or
scalable.
Enjoy your MCA cert! It will be quite the accomplishment! Especially
considering how few there are!

Yup, and no lawyers/doctors have ever cheated on a test...

The CCDE cert is deflating daily... I think I'm going for the MCA instead.
Cisco SHOULD have done board review, proven person, who can speak,
demonstrate character, experience, real-world accomplishment. Take the
selected few and them in a 6 week intensive hands-on program, where there
are practical, written, presentation, and project management tests coupled
with difficult technical issues to conquer.
That would be a real cert...
