I believe you NAT the broadcast (255.255.255.255) or multicast (224.0.0.9)
address, based on the RIP version, behind the IP of the neighbor for which
you're wanting to exchange RIP routes with. Be sure only to NAT for the RIP
520 port.
So it would look something like this:
"Ip nat outside source static 1.1.1.1 520 255.255.255.255 520"
