Agreed, I took mine in SJ the day after flying from LHR and had a great
nights sleep.

Just treat it as any other day and you'll sleep well and be fully fresh
to tackle the exam.

Starts 7.15am sharp! I flew all the way from APAC to RTP for the 1st
time, adjusted to the jetlag, had lots of rest, appeared for the lab and
nailed it. Point is - if you're ready, you won't feel nervous. As spoken
Wes, not sleeping the night before - it's a no no for me.
