From an IOS dev process, 12.3T feeds 12.4 mainline code. So they should be
mostly the same thing (just a touch more stable!)
So I'd say that was fair game. From a feature standpoint though, the more
concerning things should be in the 12.2S train as that is where the REALLY
newer stuff (from an SP perspective) comes in.
