Is there a way to prevent inbound inarp requests, specifically from a router
that you can't change the outbound?

The "no arp frame-relay" is an old command dealing with the format of an ARP
request that doesn't really have bearing on what we're doing at this
juncture! (e.g. old, irrelevant command here!)

Forgot "frame-relay" in my show command though!... :)

The point was that "inv arp" won't match anything. "inverse" is in the
running config.

Your point is showing me that I need caffeine.

In what situation would you use the command "no arp frame-relay"? Does that
prevent you from receiving the inarp requests?

That won't match anything.

Just do "show run | in no inv" and you will. :)

Hi Group,
What show command to know if the main or sub-interface have inverse-arp
enable or disable?

By "show frame map", we can know the mapping if there is, if no mapping
shown, whether inverse-arp disable or problem with it.

Thanks.

Ed.
