Vancouver is an absolutely wonderful place to live, its surrounded by
mountains, from a personal perspective its great if you are an outdoor
individual. On the other hand, its one of the more expensive cities to live
in Canada. Depending on where you are coming from you may or may not have a
problem a problem getting a position. The job market is still pretty good in
both Vancouver and Toronto, with the right skills and experience you should
be able to get about 95-110K CAD.

Thank you.

Peter.

Subject: OT: jobs in Canada..

Sorry for OT but this is something that I need advice on...
I'm seriously thinking about moving to Canada soon (with Vancouver area
being
preferred location).
Can anyone tell me what are the job perspectives at CCIE level (CCIE R/S and
SP, several years' experience in both corporate and SP environment)...
Is Vancouver a good place to work/live (I'm looking for a good place to live
for a family)? Or am I looking at totally wrong direction...?

Thanks,
