After using "wr" click on the "Save the network file" icon (third from
left). It also exports the configs.

I highly recommend you use GNS3 if you haven't already. It's a great GUI
interface for Dynamips / Dynagen. It's drag-and-drop / point-and-click
wonderful.
it makes setting idle pc values and such a piece of cake.
I haven't figured out how to save my config's using "wr" for each particular
topology that I have created. The only way I've found to save config's for
individual topologies is using "export /all C:\some\path\".
