Phoenix area is my preference, because my in-laws live there. (I am Dutch,
my wife is American). Good to hear there are lots of opportunities over
there.

CCIE life in Amsterdam? Unfortunately there are not that many jobs here for
CCIE. There are plenty of networking jobs though. I think it's the culture
of the Dutch. They don't want to stand out in a crowd. There are less than
200 CCIE's in the Netherlands, so a minority. Although many companies set
CCIE as a prerequisite, there is not that much focus on it. On the other
hand, Cisco is situated in Amsterdam, and there are plenty of big companies
out here (BT, Verizon, KPN, etc), so.
