If the question ask to configure the inter-switch links to provide increased
bandwidth, efficient utilisation, flault tolerence and load banlance.

I guess it just asking to configure the EtherChannel.

Etherchannel provides the increased bandwidth, efficient utlisation and fault
tolerence. Load balance is also set by default.

Is that correct understanding or requires any special configuration ???

I guess in the LAB you don't get the marks for partially right ans so it has
to correct completly.
