Hi Li,

the logging buffered command enables logs to be sent to the router's
buffer. The logging count feature can be used in conjunction to help
organize your log messages. It can be used to display specific error
messages, their number off occurences, and the last time that they
occurred. See the Command Ref' section here:

It has a pretty good illustration of this feature. Use show logging will
show the router's internal buffer logs and show logging count will show the
logging count output.
