Abderrahim,
The srr-queue bandwidth limit command limits total output bandwidth. As such it is a crude policing measure used, for example, when a customer is paying for less than the line rate.
I am quite sure that the max-reserved-bandwidth command is not supported on the 3560. I know that it will take the command, but it has no effect. There have been a number of these "left-over" MQC commands in Catalyst IOS over the years. 3550s used to take the "bandwidth" command in a policy-map.
