What sort of OSPF routes? If you can distinguish the ones you want from the
ones you don't, maybe you can do it that way.
Tags perhaps? Or Internal vs External (you can set this just by
redistributing connected rather than using a network command when adding the
routes).
They'd be my first two suggestions.
