Hi experts

Would you please anyone give some explanation about...
1.
policy-map url
class ftp
police 512000

2.
policy-map url
class ftp
police 512000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

if i didnt add the command "conform-action transmit exceed-action drop" in
first class
what will happen?
i mean if i add the command what will happen? if i didnt what will happen?

Can anyone clear my doubt?
