Hey Nitro,
Took a while to parse out your config but I think I found what you are
looking for.
When I set up my Dynamips Term server I got the same symptoms.
Try typing "telnet R2" rather than just the name.
It may be IOS related.
Also hit enter half a dozen times after it says Open.
Be sure you can ping your loopback address of your PC.
After I did this it seems to hop around fine.
