Yeah, I thought I told you my Mum's a Pom at some stage. That made watching
the Ashes (and cricket in general) so much less fun than it should be.

And I know all about the penal colony thing, although at least unlike
America we get to compete in the Commonwealth Games. But we don't get an
Independence Day. So I suppose it works out even...

British hertitage? Need I remind you that you reside in a former penal
colony? ;)

I believe that Vik has a few rantings about that time and again.

Point taken. I'll remind myself of your dryness in the future! No worries.

Scott

LOL. I was being dry, but as Arden just told me that doesn't do so well in
email sometimes...

Maybe a double smiley face next time?

Besides, it's the Australian way. The English way too (please someone else
with British heritage back me up here...)

*saunters off into the shadows* ;)

He did ask for a link or document, and that's a good basis for what Wiki's
were designed for, wasn't it? ;)

Many questions can be answered with simple DocCD searches or Google or Wiki
or whatever. Other things involve more explanation to understand the
details. With stratum, it's a mathematical algorithm, so there's not much
magic behind looking it up and saying "Oh, that was nice". :)

The only problem with the Wiki for "everything" though in life would be that
the basis behind wikis is that humans create/edit/influence them and that
makes for some ugly battles sometimes in the ultimate quest to be the
"right" answer.

Ah well, my philosophical waxing for the moment.

Nice one, Brian. I wish we could setup an automated system so that any
question automatically got scanned against Wikipedia and it answered for us.
Life would become so much simpler. :)

Now if only they had it in the lab...
