Hi Shaughn,
In the output of R1's show ip mroute, I see only the tunnel traffic
originated locally and there's no (S,G) state from the remote PE.
I'd start troubleshooting this first. Not sure about your topology, but
90% of the time the RPF is causing the issues, in case you have
redundant links you can try to shut them first and see if you'll start
receiving the (Remote_PE,G) traffic on R1.
I suppose you also have some CE pinging a group address withing the
VPN? Diasabe ip mroute-cache everywhere so that you can trace the MDT
group's traffic along the path.
