You could probably go either direction.... Remember, your "ip host" command
involved a name, an IP address and an optional port numer.
 
So on either termserv (physical or dynamips) you could have the OTHER
device's IP address and port number assined set up in the host table.

that 4 real switches then using the real TermServ to reverse telnet to
dynamips.

The terminal server in dynamips is completely a virtual/pseudo-telnet sort
of thing. IF it were possible, just like you map ethernet ports to real
ethernet cards, you would need to map the terminal server's ports to unique
and physical serial ports.

So your computer would therefore need at least four serial ports.

I just don't believe it does.
