I will expect to see you do well, and appreciate the e-mail!

Now, I will point out that while immitation is a form of sincere flattery,
it is not necessary to duplicate what I do/have done.

Every instructor/company/person has their own distinct mark of personality
to put onto this whole thing. You'll find your own which may be better in
some ways that mine. But most importantly, it will be your own! :)

Speaking of Floyd, I'm staring at the Dark Side of the Moon right about now,
and have several shots and a meal at IHOP to go sleep off. (go figure)

So I'll bid you an adieu this evening!

Scott

Hey Scott,

Wow. You know you're popular when you change companies and it's the subject
of about 2 dozen emails (and counting). :)

I'm going to miss the back and forth between you and Brian, as Groupstudy
will never be the same if it disappears. Although I doubt it will - some
egos are just a little too big for such a small email list. Maybe I'll have
to poke random jibes at you every so often just to keep up the inter-company
rivalry...

I figured that given all the interest in your move there is something that
is probably quite noticeable about it all: the CCIE world is a small
community and we're all here to try to help as many students pass as
possible and to help them attain that highly coveted CCIE number.

Personally you've left me with pretty big shoes to fill - you were a great
R&S instructor when you taught my course (you helped me get through my lab
on the first attempt) and the challenge of delivering courses that are equal
to or better than yours, is something which will now be my new endeavour.
Amidst all that I've got to study for that all important ISP-Dial CCIE too
and buy a huge rack of equipment... :)

So in the words of Pink Floyd (something for your generation), Shine On You
Crazy Diamond - and hopefully I'll see you at Networkers in the future.

Best Wishes,

My lab is my own problem. :)

And Brian Dennis will burst into flames if we had to touch any Juniper
stuff, so no, that will not be in the list of offerings!

Remember, unlike all those west coast people, >I< live in one of the
cheapest electric utility zones of the country.

Good news for them and us!

Just be warned, if Scott still has that lab of his IE is going to have to
raise their prices to pay his HUGE electric bill, or worse build a small gas
turbine plant if it keeps growing...

So does this mean IE will offer JNCIE training now?
