Thor,
The Cisco building in Brussels is not very big and very close to the
NH. As far as I know (been there 3 times for the exam) there is only
one entrance.
You should be there around 7:30, at that time the door is not open
yet, ring the door and the security guy will open it for you.
You tell him you come for the exam and he will write you in, give you
a name tag and shows you the place where you can wait.
There you wait till the proctor will pick you up to take you to the exam room.
