I've done both IE and NMC mock labs.
My honest opinion is you will get a hell of a lot from the NMC labs, they
really put you under pressure and ask some really sneaky stuff that keeps
you on your toes.
Although for anyone else out there you want to look at doing a couple of
mocks 2 months before, not all of them but a couple, then some more a month
before, helps you work out where your weaknesses are and investigate further
before it's too late.
IE are good too but don't rely on them, if you get a real life lab which
isn't anything like the IE way of things it throws you. My first was similar
to the IE way of things, not same questions obviously but it felt familiar,
the second one wasn't and blew me away. After the NMC I feel as though I've
seen something different again and it's helped me to prepare. And their
marking and speed they get back to you is very impressive....
