The 8-hour techtorial was pulled off for various reasons. But they're doing
two separate breakouts and having demonstrations in the Certification Booth
at the Solutions part, so there should still be plenty of hype! Most
importantly, you can take the CCDE Written Qualifier as your free exam. :)
