LEDs on c3550-12T doesnt lit when they boot

Hi guys,

if u know something about this, please tell me.

I installed three c3550-12T today,
when they were booting up, even though all ports except LEDs on port 1 & 2
lit.
LEDs on port 1 & 2 didn't lit....this happened all three of catalyst i
installed today

Is this normal or not ?
