Don't worry.
It has Japanese lettering in addition to English.
There is not much difference in English letter keyboard arrangement at all.
In order to take CCIE lab test, you should have fast finger to type
configurations as fast as you can.
So your finger pretty much remembers where each key is located any way.
I took once from Tokyo, but I didn't have a problem with Keyboard at all.
